The hotel location works well. I appreciated staff friendliness. The shared toilets had good cleanliness. Staff kept the facilities really clean.

Shared bathrooms remained consistently clean. Staff maintained them well. They had good upkeep throughout my stay. Each person got a tote containing a towel. The tote also had sleepers plus some toiletries.

The hotel is about ten minutes by walking from the center of the district. I found this convenience really useful. The south end neighborhood offers much charm and walkability. I found many shops and restaurants in old brick townhouses nearby.

The hotel's location was great. It was close to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. The staff were pleasant and helpful . They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance.
The shared bathroom setup was not ideal. While clean, I had to walk down the hall to use it. The room was also quite small. There was limited space to move around or store luggage.
